the tower itself is great. only giving 4 stars because there was a delay in shipping and i wasn’t informed until i followed up with them about 2 weeks after placing the order. they said they didn’t realize how limited they were in how many they had in stock until after shipping out a few of them and i had to wait until the distribution center restocked. in situations like that, they should’ve been upfront and contacted me when they realized. received item about a month or so after placing the order.

Im getting another kitten soon so I decided to buy this tree to complement the one I already have. It works beautifully. Kitten has used every level but has not slept on the top level. Look forward to seeing my two kittens using it.

Chic design. I have not collected yet, but I checked the completeness. Delivery is a week. Brought home. Weight more than 25 kg. The bowl is amazingly integrated into foam, at first I thought that it was not .. Very pleased with the purchase.

Assemble and easy, safe rocking out good.
